Mrs. Joann Klingelhutz-Price
I have been a part of the Saint Matthew Community for the past 20 years. My three children all attended and graduated from the school. Two of the three have completed college and the third is a sophomore at Mercy High School. I have been involved in education during the past years in a number of different roles. I have volunteered by serving on the school board, as a room mom, in music ministry and fundraising. I have substitute taught at all grade levels and in many subjects. I spent the last four years teaching middle school full time at Saints Peter and Paul School in Omaha. In addition, I taught for seven years in Minnesota.
I enjoy reading, singing, traveling and going to plays. I grew up in Chanhassen, Minnesota with five brothers and one sister. I try to get back to visit and celebrate special occasions as often as possible. I graduated with a BA and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Even though I have lived in Nebraska for the past 24 years, I still have a bit of a Minnesotan accent.
I consider Saint Matthew to be my home away from home, and I am very excited to be partnering with you to make this a remarkable year.
